Corporate Full-Day & Multi-Day Podcast Production
Bring in your guests and record an entire podcast series in one or two days. Our crew handles the cameras, lighting, sound, setup, and breakdown. You focus on the conversations, and walk away with finished episodes and short-form clips.
This isn't renting a studio by the hour
Most studio bookings are an hour in the chair. A corporate production day is built around a bigger goal: a full season of episodes, a library of expert interviews, or a content series that supports sales, recruiting, and thought leadership.
You bring the guests and the subject matter. We bring a professional set, multiple cameras, broadcast-quality audio, and a team that runs the day so your recordings happen back to back without anyone worrying about the technical side.
It works especially well for organizations with a lot of expertise to share and limited time to share it:
- Law firms
- Financial advisors
- Healthcare organizations
- Real estate companies
- Industry associations
- Brokerage & M&A firms
- B2B companies
| Hourly session | Corporate production day |
|---|---|
| One episode, one guest | A full series with multiple guests |
| Setup and sound check every time | Set up once, record all day |
| Look can vary session to session | Consistent set, lighting, and framing |
| Content trickles out | Months of content in one or two days |
| Priced by the hour | Custom-priced around the whole production |
Why batch your podcast recordings into one or two days
Recording several episodes in a single session is the most efficient way for a business to produce a podcast. Here's what you gain.
-
Set up once, record all day
Cameras, lights, and microphones are configured a single time. After that, every hour goes to recording, not resetting.
-
Lower cost per episode
Because setup and breakdown happen once and the day is priced as one production, each episode typically costs less than booking it on its own.
-
A consistent look across the series
Same set, same lighting, same camera angles. Every episode looks like it belongs to the same show, which builds a stronger brand.
-
Easier guest scheduling
Invite your guests to one day or one week. Each gets a clear time slot, and our team manages arrivals and transitions between recordings.
-
Your executives' time is protected
Hosts and leaders block one or two days instead of carving out an hour every week for months.
-
A content library, not a single post
One production day can produce a full season of episodes plus dozens of short clips, ready to publish on a steady schedule.
What's included in a production day
Every Sunset 17 booking is full-service. You don't hire a separate crew or bring equipment.
-
Multi-camera video
Two, three, or more cameras capture the host, each guest, and a wide shot, so editors can cut a dynamic episode. Our studio runs on Sony FX30 cinema cameras.
-
Professional lighting
Lighting designed for people on camera, set once and held consistent across every recording so episode one matches episode twelve.
-
Broadcast-quality audio
Individual microphones for every person, monitored live throughout the session so problems are caught in the room, not in the edit.
-
On-site production team
Our crew handles setup, camera operation, audio monitoring, guest flow between recordings, and breakdown. You never touch the equipment.
-
Editing
Full episodes edited with your branding, intros, and outros, ready to publish on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and your website.
-
Short-form clips
OptionalVertical clips cut from your best moments for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
-
Transcripts and search-ready content
OptionalTranscripts, show notes, chapter markers, and Q&A write-ups that turn each conversation into content Google and AI search platforms can read and cite.

Your expertise, findable in AI search
When a prospect asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google a question about your industry, those platforms look for clear, credible answers from real experts. A day of recorded conversations with your leaders and industry guests is exactly that kind of material.
Beyond the episodes themselves, we can turn your recordings into transcripts, articles, FAQ content, and clips that help search engines and AI platforms understand who you are and what you know. The podcast becomes the source of content that keeps working long after recording day.
"Who are the most experienced advisors for selling a dental practice in Orange County?"
AI platforms answer questions like this by drawing on published expertise. One production day can give you a library of it:
- Full episodes
- Short clips
- Transcripts
- Show notes
- Expert Q&A articles
- FAQ content

Frequently asked questions
The questions businesses ask us most when planning a production day.
-
Yes. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day bookings. Every booking is full-service: cameras, lighting, microphones, and an on-site production team are included, so your team only needs to show up and talk.
-
Yes. Multi-day bookings are common for companies and associations recording a full series with many guests. We keep the set, lighting, and camera positions consistent across days so every episode looks like part of the same series.
-
Yes, and that’s what corporate production days are built for. We plan a run of show with a time slot for each guest, short resets between recordings, and a crew managing guest flow so recordings run back to back.
-
Usually, yes. Setup, lighting, camera configuration, and sound checks happen once instead of for every episode, and our half-day, full-day, and multi-day productions are priced on the total production rather than stacked hourly sessions. That generally lowers the cost per episode.
-
Yes. We edit full episodes with your branding and can produce vertical short-form clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok from the same recordings.
-
Pricing is custom and depends on the number of days, cameras, guests, and the editing and clips you need. Call us at 949-391-2312 or request a production plan and we’ll send a quote.
-
In a full day, we typically record 4 to 8 episodes, and in a half day, 2 to 4. The exact number depends on episode length, the number of guests per episode, and how much the set changes between recordings. Back-to-back episodes with the same host and set are the most efficient, and we’ll build a run of show around your goals.
-
Most corporate productions use two or three cameras: one on the host, one on the guest, and a wide shot. For panels and larger groups, we can run up to six cameras.
-
Full edited episodes are delivered within 24 hours of your recording. Short-form clips are delivered within 48 hours.
-
We’re not a self-service studio. Every booking includes our cameras, lighting, microphones, and production team. You’re welcome to bring additional people, but the full-service crew is always part of the production.
